Viper auto alarm

My door locks intermittenly lock and unlock whil the vehicle is running. Is teh battery in the alrm low and where is it?

i have a 01 ford svt lightning that i just had the viper 5900 installed,
the problem is that every 40 to 45min, the alarm is triggered and nobody seems to know what is the caused for the alarm to go off every 40 to 45min, please help
