LG32lc7d unit. When it is cool and you turn unit on the green power light turns blinking red then green and back and forth until is comes on with a white screen with colored lines through it.. If you let it warm up for 15-20 minutes then turn unit off then on, everything is ok. What could it be?

It sounds to me like there's a few bad capacitors on the main power supply board,take the back off and look around for any electrolytic capacitors that have puffed out tops.
