Wireless keyboard does not function.

Installed my HP wireless kb and mouse last year. A month ago, I noticed neither working. I tried replacing batteries but it doesn't seem to help. What could I try next?

You need to restore to a previous date before you installed the wireless mouse / keyboard.

If that dont work then your only solution is to format and reinstall since it might be you could have damaged a few vxd files window's needs to use those devices

(THIS IS ASSUMING THE MOUSE AND KEYBOARD WERE CONNECTED PROPPERLY) AND THEN THE SYSTEM WAS TURNED ON

if that wasnt done

shut down compuer

2.) plug mouse into green ps2 port and keyboard into the blue one

3.) turn on computer
