PSP internal error 80410a0b when trying to connect to internet via wifi on all three of my PSP's. I have 8 computers and 2 smart phones that connect just fine

  1. Take out the UMD disc from the back of the PSP if one is inserted.
  2. Take out your memory card from the memory card reader if one is inserted.

  3. Turn on your PSP.

  4. Go to the "Settings" tab in the Cross Media Bar and select "System Settings."

  5. Select "Restore Default Settings" and confirm that you wish to restore all settings to the factory defaults.

  6. Restart your PSP.

  7. Try connecting to the Internet again. If you still get the 80410A0b error, try connecting to another network. If you successfully establish a connection to another network, your router is at fault. If you cannot connect to the second network, your PSP's Wi-Fi card could be damaged and may need repairs.

When trying to connect to wireless internet and scanning for the ssid it gives me an internal error code. the code number is 80410A0B. what is the problem

booya, i found the fix:

When scanning for Wireless networks, user receives
Internal Error
(80410A0B)

To fix this without any data loss, take out the UMD which is in the psp, and also take out the memory card.

Next, go to settings, then system settings and click restore settings, the psp may freeze up, but it is not broken, take out the batter pack and put it back in, the settings should be restored and all should work.

I try to connect to my internet on my psp it says : An internal error has occurred error 80410a0b

You may need to do what is called a hard boot. Without shutting it down, pop the battery out and wait five minutes. Pop the battery in and try it again. Sometimes you may just need to keep hitting refresh or make sure the WEP Security code is correct.

How to fix the error 80410a0b

First of all, a PSP can browse the internet with its simple browser.

BUT!What you may not know is that there is a bug where when you try tosearch or use a wireless LAN connection (WLAN) the PSP may saysomething like:

Internal Error
(80410A0B)

To fix this without any memory loss, take out the UMD which is in the PSP, and also take out the memory card.

Next,go to settings, then system settings and click restore settings, the PSP may freeze up, but it is not broken, take out the batter pack andput it back in, the settings should be restored and all should work.

Sonyhotlines don't seem to tell you how to fix it, many people often go buya new or swap their psps, but all you need to do is this! (Lemonwonder, 2006)

You got problems with your dns settings, try to delete all the old connection profiles, or restore default settings, and see if it works.
