excellent picture but flashes about every 7 sec.display channel in upper rt hand corner has been doing this forabout 2wks does not stop

please respond if you have a solution i've already put a new video kit in this tv. it was 80 dollars just for pickup 190 for repairs if anyone has solution or can tell me what might be wrong i'd be most greatful
