Hello, How are you connecting Mouse ? If USB try a different port. Is the touch pad working fine? Le me know Thanks Shereena

If this is a laptop, try connecting a usb mouse. If it is a desktop machine shutdown the computer and unplug the mouse and try a different mouse.
