Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I have had my sansa for over a year now and have not had problems till recently.I plug the harness into my usb and go to windows media player and it is saying that the device is not connected. So now I can't download new music.I have done nothing new to my computer so I am really unsure what to do from this point it is really annoying!
i plugged my new mp3 into the computer and it says connected but the computer says no device detected i have done nothing to the computer ..........HELP
What i would recomend you to do is to go under device manager to see if the device is recognize...you can open your device manager by click on start, run and type devmgmt.msc...that will open your device manager...check under hard drive, portable devices or universal bus serial controller...once found the device right click on it and uninstall it..once you do that....unplug the device and plug it back into a 2.0 usb port..after that windows should recognize your device...
