How do I get my Maytag Neptune TL washer to stop

Try disconnecting the 120VAC power cord for a few minutes then re-power back up if you haven?t already tried that. If you still have the same issue then you may have a failed Control Board. If it?s the FAV6800AW is there an error code in the LED display? If the machine will not d let you into Service Mode then my next step would be to replace the Control Board a 10 minute job. If you decide to call in a service repair company I would call Maytag for an authorized Maytag repair service in your area. Some parts like the Control Board may still be under warranty (5yr). Warranty info is in the SM link I attached. The number to call is 800-688-9900. Maytag will need your model number and serial number, that info is located on the back right top side of the console.
