Caps lock button doesn't work on my Logitech MX 3200.

No matter how many times I push caps lock button of my Logitech MX 3200, it doesn't work, showing small letters all the time. It sounds strange because, on my computer monitor, I have the indication "Caps Lock On/Off" tuning about whenever pushing the button. I am using the keyboard with Vista home edition installed in DELL XPS420. If someone knows about the solution, please help me. My nickname is Kazoo.
