Question about Epson RX595 Photo All-In-One Printer
I try to print and keep getting the error message "Close the scanner unit",
unfortunetly I have the unit down.
I just purchased an RX595 to replace my R380, which went belly up after only a year.
To fix the "close scanner" problem, try placing weight on top of the scanner. Its annoying to have to keep a stack of DVD's on top of my printer, but it works.
Epson needs to refine their products and quit raping people on ink. People talk about "Big Oil" what about "BIg Ink?"

Erro! paper id jammed in the printer, turn off the printer, open the scanner unit, remove paper see your documentation.
