I only thing that might work is calling microsoft and there send you a box then you ship it to them so they casn fix it.

it could be the dvd drive or the laser. but if the disc has a perfect circle near the lens of the disc. it means its missing information and that disc is completly worthless to you.

Disk unreadable errors, if they occur across multiple games, are usually due to failed dvd drive. There are several components that fail. The laser can fail either in the laser diode sending light to the disk, or in reading the light reflected off the disk. The logic board can also fail.
The main problem with the XBOX 360, with regard to this problem, is that the DVD drive contains firmware that holds a secret encryption key that is matched to the XBOX's main logic board. This means that one cannot just go buy a SATA DVD drive and drop it in the XBOX.
Check to see what drive is installed. There are tools and instructions (Google is your friend) to "read" the drive's encryption key off the flash rom and rewrite the flash and key to a new drive.

One can also look around for a source for the laser unit itself. It is a simple install, be careful of the ribbon cable with doing this. Another fix may be to just swap the logic card off of the faulty drive and install it on a known working drive (of like manufacture).

Last, the laser could just be dirty. The mirror is protected with a sticker but heat may cause this to drop off. A little bit of compressed air might help if this is the case.
