Where can I download a DETAILED USER GUIDE FOR MY NEW CELL. tHE LITTLE USER BOOK THAT CAME WITH IT IS USELESS. i WANT TO ENTER MY CONTACTS AND CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT. tHANK YOU.

It claims on the cover of the user guide that it has speaker phone, but I cannot find any mention of how to use this feature. Can anyone help with this?
