Phone will not turn on

My phone will not turn on it displays i850 on the screen but can't even turn it off. how can I fix this promblem?

    my i850 comes on and just freezes on a white screen saying i850 any ideas.

    I have the same problem with my i850. One day just decieded not to boot up, just sits at the first screen and then freezes up. Have to take battery out to turn it off. Took to repair shop and they tried something but said their system went down and couldn't finish it, bring back tomorrow. Brought back tried again and then said couldn't fix, have to get new phone. Apparently it's something to do with the software.

    My i850 will not turn on,I put it on the charger and it turned off and now it will not turn on! Can anyone help?

click united states
click support
click software downloads
click software upgrade
click your phone model
make sure you select a date within a year for the warranty info
you will need a data cable to make this work
try to redownload the software to your phone
this might help

It says subsidylock i need to enter a special code
i have the motorola i850 cell phone, and this problem occured on my phone
after entering the wrong code a few times, a message appeared on the display
to wait to enter the code, after about 30 minutes, the enter code screen reappeared
so from this point i turned the phone off anf then back on again and that unlocked the phone
i received the welcome screen and the phone was up and running again hope this help you

Phone is frozen i850 My i850 freeze on the i850 screen when i first turn it on...HELP!!!
If it freezes at the i850 splash screen it is most likely a fatal failure. The defect is board level and can not be recovered. You either need to replace the phone or get another motherboard which, are not available separately- you will have to find a used one with a good board. I am a technician for Nextel and so far none of us have been able to resolve this issue.

My motorola i850 is not turning on
This issue usually can't be fixed because the software probably went up in the phone. I think your best bet is to visit a repair center or call Sprint to try to get it exchanged.

I850 Large Screen problem
The backlight on the phone has probably burnt out. The only way to fix this problem is to get the flip on the phone replaced. This will work almost 100% of the time.

Go to where you bought it and tell them the problem they might supply you with a new phone if you have a warrany with that phone hope that solves the problem.
