I have a shark steam cleaner model SC505.After last using it I took it out to use it again and now I cannot get the safety cap off even with a pliers.It's as if it's welded on.How do I get this safety cap off?I pulled the steam trigger to see whether or not there was any pressure in the main tank unit to no avail.
