Problem for HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer

My HP office jet 7310 all in one has been missing

My HP office jet 7310 all in one has been missing ink on every other line. There was not a low ink message but I replaced the ink cartridge with a new one. When it attempts to align the cartridge a failure message comes up and referes to the manual. I have taken the cartridges out and reinstalled them to make sure they are in right and they are.
