Problem for Canon CanoScan 3200F Flatbed Scanner

Windows 7 does not detect CanoScan 3200F using its drivers.

I am trying to install the CanoScan 3200F and after downloading the latest version of the drivers that should work with Windows 7. Nothing happens. I was able to load the ScanGear software, but Windows 7 shows an error with the device stating no drivers are loaded for it.
