My Kodak easyshare M530 doesn't have a "stamp date" on my setup screen. Yet it does stamp my pixes.

Are you sure? Where are you seeing the date? As far as I'm aware, the M530 can't stamp the date on the pics. It can show the date when reviewing pics, and just about any photo printing program can print the date along with the photo, but the camera won't hide anything behind the date.

How do i date stamp photos i take on my kodak easyshare m580 camera???

I've checked in the manual and I don't think this camera has a date stamp feature on it. Other than that you can put the date on the image on your computer using a photo editing program like Photoshop. Hope this helps!

Show/print date stamp on my photos

In order to imprint the date stamp on photos, the photo size (L, M1, M2, M3, S, Postcard) must be set to Postcard, and in the recording menu the "Date Stamp" option must be set to Date or Date & Time.

TZ 5 not TZ50! Date stamp.

I have the same camera and the only way to do this is to first, Make sure you have set the date and time correctly on your camera. Take a picture or, view picture you want date & time stamped. Press the circular 'Menu/Set' button. Press down arrow to playback mode. Press right arrow on 'text stamp'. Choose whether to apply stamp to single or multiple photos. Press 'Menu/set' to select photo to stamp. Choose which stamps to add. Date, time, age etc.. Press 'Menu/set' again and select 'Yes' in box. The only problem with this is that it will resize your photos to 3m, which can make them grainier if you took them at a higher res. Gillian

Time/date stamp on pictures when printing

I had the same problem. I wanted to set my Olympus C5000 Zoom to automatically date stamp photos. After going through the entire manual, I had to call Olympus directly. They told me that none of their cameras have an internal date stamp feature. They said that the date stamp lowers the quality of the picture, so they choose not to have the feature available. However, you can manually add the date and time stamp through the software that comes with the camera, just before you print the pictures. Hope that helps...

Date/Time stamp

The best way to add date/ time stamp to your photo is to use watermark software like Bitwar Watermark Expert.
Add Watermark
So users need to download and install the best watermark software on the computer system first. Then, users can choose Watermark Photo or Watermark Video tool based on the required file format but the steps below will show how to add watermark to photo:
Step 1: Choose the Watermark Photo tool and upload the Image file into the software.
Step 2: Choose Add Text to add text watermark or Add Image to add image watermark to the picture.
Step 3: Type in the Text into the textbox as text watermark and edit the watermark by editing the Font, Size, Rotate, Opacity, and Position. Besides, browse the Image to insert as image watermark and edit the image through the Size, Rotate, Opacity, and Position.
Step 4: After finish editing the watermark, click Apply to start the conversion.
Step 5: When the conversion is complete, tap on Open Path to preview the new photo.
