Scanning I just uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. the scanner does nothing when you press the button. help!

The scan button requires proper setting of the program on the computer that tracks the state of that button.
Reinstall drivers (full installation).
Why not open My Computer, find the icon of the scanner and scan using Microsoft scanner or camera wizard?
You can also open MS Paint and scan using File / From scanner or camera.

3. Wait until the device has completed its cycling process before submitting a job request or completing installation.

Try to Uninstall and Reinstall the Driver If the MP Navigator or the MP drivers are no longer required, or if they are not installed correctly, uninstall them.I hope it helps!!!

Try uninstalling the printer/scanner completely, and the reinstalling the drivers again. Most problems is sorted out this way.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the scannner. Scanner's can be tough. Try disconnecting USB cable and reconnecting too. How recently did the scanner work? Try reinstalling the scanner software/driver. Also see if you can trouble shoot by right clicking on scanner icon from control panel, scanner.

I had the same problem and just successfully repaired. Uninstall driver and reinstall. Worked perfectly!! Good Luck!!

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer/scanner drivers?

Please reinstall the driver as well uninstall it first before reinstall the driver.

you said you reinstalled. well why don't you try uninstalling and installing again. Sometimes deleting the files and then putting them back helpes.
