Does it freezes if you don't play a game, or on the dashboard if left running for 5 min. Ill bet it does with . If that's the case then the C.P.U. and the G.P.U. have lost connections and will need to be re-soldered re-flowed back to the board .

it sounds like an error with you gpu chip you need to google x clamp repairs and buy a x clamp repair kit from ebay this should solve the graphics error
