Question about Sony NW-S705FP (2 GB) MP3 Player
When i go to transfer music files using sonic stage, the computer tells me that the files are being transferred, but nothing shows in the my library and even if i have songs in my library, when i transfer, an eror message comes up saying that the files cannot be transferred. no reason why, just that they cannot be transferred. i am satisfied that the computer is talking to the mp3.
ITunes might not be able to find a file or folder if:
Mac: Press the Command ? and Space keys on your keyboard, then type the movie title, app, song, album, or artist name.
Windows: Press the Windows key on your keyboard, then type the movie title, app, song, album, or artist name. If your keyboard doesn't have a Windows key, press the Control (Ctrl) and Escape (Esc) keys on your keyboard.
Mac: Control-click or right-click the item and choose Put Back.
Windows: Right-click the item and choose Restore.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
