The problem is the water level switch. It is stuck in high level and does not detect that water has finished draining.


Most dishwashers have a floater switch located on one side at the bottom of the machine. In that case check if the floater is stuck.
In your case the machine may not have a floater sensor, but like many Bosch it will rely on a pressure sensor located in the drain system.
In that case the pressure sensor must be replaced.



Here the part list for your appliance. I am not sure how Bosh is calling the water level switch. I think the part is the overflow regulator (that is a pressure sensor). Better calling Part master at 0844 800 3456, to check if there are more water level sensing device on this model.
