How can i reset the ink levels on the monitor
Are the cartridges resettable after a refill ?

I have had a Lexmark P4350 for some time and it has been OK. Now however it is in DUPLEX mode and I can't get back to normal. Help.

What do you mean? you installed new cartridges but the ink level on the window shows the levels from the old cartridges?

With the original chip now
attached to the compatible cartridge (you may need double sided tape to
get the chip to stick well to the cartridge), and with the cartridge
now in the printer, Press and hold the Reset/OK Button for 5 seconds to
reset the chips.
