take bottom kick plate off,look underneath on left side and have someone else draw some water and see if line is cracked

- don't know how you made out?if you have water under crisper draws you still have a blocked drain,you have to blow the drain out with a steamer or something,just melting it out will not cure that problem most of the time,usually something like a slime buildup or food particals will cause thatYes
