have you tried replacing the battery?
if the battery is fine but still you cannot open it,, then you'll need to bring it to a service center, they will be using a cable and a tool and software to do job and to found out the real problem,one of the possible reason forthis is the IC chip crystal that corresponds to your keypad, they willl try to re-heat it first.
