- Hi, yes we did find a solution in the end. We opened the unit up and discovered that there was a connector hanging loose. We plugged it back onto what looked like the correct terminal (a wiring diagram we found online helped) and all is fine now. Fingers crossed it works for you. Make sure you look thoroughly, it was the third time of looking before we spotted the broken connection. Fingers crossed for you!
