I have just purchased a rue toilet Seat Soft Close White £34.98 from b&q. the fittings came in a plastic bag with fitting instructions printed on the bag ....absolutely unreadable. my question is that enclosed with the fittings is an allen key and i cannot see where this goes as i presume it is for adjusting the soft close help please
