    any assistance is greatly appreciated

Yes I have the same with mine. The blue is diping down across the screen

  • Txsys Jan 26, 2008

The green and red are out of convergence and I don't see the blue since it might be out or on the bottom. Where are the convergence boards located? Are they the ones attached to the CRTs? What's the P/N on the ICs? First time on this TV (my own) and don't have a schematic.

    Thanks.

Ditto CTF1800's comment....Check RP-41 1.5 ohm 2 watt and
other low value resistors near IC's mounted on large heatsinks.

STK392-110 original convergence IC's can be upgraded to
Hitachi # CZ 01341 new number STK394-160E for greater reliability.......Hitachi also has an IC / resistor kit # X480295,
but I don't change good resistors, only the bad one(s).

Practice good visual acuity technique and ask questions!.....T.

Blue vertical line on my desktop

The blue lines are a sign that the screen itself is failing. You can try to reseat the data cables from the motherboard to the back of the screen, but in most cases this is indicative of an immenent screen failure.

Check whether blue lines are present in bios screen, if Present then Hardware issue

If Blue line not present in bios screen, Software issue = Restore system back to factory settings

Connect External Monitor, use Fn + F8 to extend display on external Monitor ,

if display is fine on Ext Monitor = Replace LCD Kit

if Blue lines are displayed, on Ext Monitor = Replace Motherboard

How to install a water line to a Samsung Refrigerator?

I have a slightly different refrigerator but the same problem. It says white line, but the white line is attached to the fridge on both ends and the blue line is not. Also the instructions do not actually look like the refrigerator so that is no help. No probelm installing a filter or the waterline to my water, but now I can't get it into the fridge.

Wires from the wall are 2(orange/white), 2(blue/white) 2(white/orange and 2(white/blue) my phone outlet which is wired has 1(black), 1(blue), 1(yellow) and 1(black. How are my wall wires to be attached...

Take a look at this image:

0d5b58e.jpg Notice that the Line 1 will typically present on pins 3&4 and Line 2 on 2&5. I would think in your case Black/Blue is Line 1 (3&4) and Yellow/Black is Line 2 (2&5).

If you have a 1 line phone and only have 1 line active, then typically blue and blue/white can be connected to the Blue and Black of your Jack. If this doesn't work, switch with the Yellow and Black.

Please let me know if you have further questions. Good Luck!

43H70 Blue Convergence out of line and will not line back up

If the blue colors will not line up, and the blue appears to sag inward from one or more sides, then you can bet that one of your convergence IC's has either cracked loose or burned out. The IC should be resoldered or replaced and the convergence realigned by someone experienced with projection TV convergence circuits.
