1. Connect a computer to the router using any one of the 4 available ports. 2. Open the browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Safari). 3. Access the router usually by typing 'http://192.168.1.1' or 'http://www.routerlogin.com' in the address bar. 4. Login to the router with the Username as "admin" and Password as "password" (please note that the Username and Password are case sensitive).
Please try the following settings on the router:
1. Click on wireless settings (under setup) from left menu. 2. Change the mode to g and b and channel to 7. You may try other channels in the list to check which ever suits your environment the best. You may try 01,03,06,09,11 3. Apply settings to save the changes.

I have a netgear router rangemax. When I login as admin it appears that the admin screens are attempting to load multiple times and there is also a clicking noise as the screens attempt to load. It is very fast to start with and settles to around 5 per second. The admin screens never load. I have sucessfully used the admin screens before but not for a few weeks.
