Hello, wonder if you can help I have just received a new 400D Canon EOS camera and went through some of the steps and then put in my brand new cf memory card only to be told on the lcd screen. err 99 shooting is not possible turn the power switch to off and on again or re install the battery which of course I have tried with no luck. When it is first turned on it says there is a problem with the cf card and replace the cf card. However on our other digital camera the same cf card seems to be working no problem at all. Please can you shed some light on what might be wrong I have made sure my new battery is fully charged so I don't think it's that.
