My C250v2 has a wierd problem.. 1.The screen does not light, the rest of the keypad is illuminated blue. 2.when connected to system,it detects as "USB device" and does not accept the MTP drivers, the storage media drivers or the player recovery drivers. 3.tried putting it in he recovery mode also by connecting while holding << button with Hold in on position, still detected as USB device..
Kindly help by either providing the apt drivers or givin me a workaround to get it detected.

- Tried several systems, tried uninstalling all the drivers ...the device id itself is different and thats d reason i'm unable to install the drivers..
Have you tried updating the firmware? I would try this first. You could have corrupt data, ( try on another system) reinstall USB software or upgrade (if used) make sure to completely uninstall first and reboot.

- Divice id sounds like firmware, try in recovery mode hold button in manually if possible. have you tried booting computer while device pluged in, unplug all other non HID usb devices first then go to device manager - USB list check propertys for safe removal status - uninstall USB device (shut down computer (not restart) unplug USB wait 60 seconds, then start computer. Reinstall or upgrade USB drivers for your OS
