The menu button is not working.

The menu button is not working. Does not perform any action.Can be pressed and is not jammed.
I cannot toggle between pictures.
Pls advise???

I have a 5200 model, sometimes when you remove the batteries and clear it, even though you have to reset the date and time it might reset the functions that you may have changed without knowing it.
Or as a friend of mine who was an appliance repair man said, I know what's wrong with it, its broken.
