No picture and a blinking red light

Hi,
    Please count the number of LED, that how many times it flashes in a specific time period. Numer of LED blinks doente the specific problem in specific area. Therefore, first count the LED blinking for example 2 times 3 times.....up to 10 times. And then post your problem again or reply me. Then i will be able to tell you the solution.
