I have tmobile and when I click to download a mms

I have tmobile and when I click to download a mms message, whether its a picture or a song or anything, it says "a message too large was blocked". I have gone through the steps to change my internet settings and I have gotten the internet to work, I just cannot get the mms to work. Any help would be great. thank you.
