Recharge Refrigerant 134A into Fridge

Is it possible to recharge Refrigerant 134A into a Magic Chef Compact Refrigerator-Model #MCBR445S1, and if so, how would I go about it?
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

Some technicians tried that, they just replace the compressor oil. But I did try that yet.
