Printer wont print after I replace the ribbon

Hello,

I just replace the ribbon on my Datamax XL printer with the new ribbon, and then suddenly the printer wont print anymore and the "Paper/Ribbon" indicator light keep on. I've tried to turn off and on the printer, clean the printer from the dust, reboot the software on my computer, but still wont fixed the problem.

Please help me with this problem.
