Ice & water dispenser stopped working, lights are flashing

Ice & water dispenser stopped working about four hours ago. Now many of the door panel lights are flashing and pressing any control causes all of the lights to flash. The ice flap is cycling open and closed. Cycling power has no effect. How do I reset it?

Replace the 2 capacitors on the control board

I had to pull the J3 connector off of the control module located just behind the dispenser panel. That eliminated the cycling and the flashing lights. Maytag guy came out and told me there is a control board located on the back of the refrigerator. Circuit board cost is $180 and installation labor another $300. I think because the refrigerator and freezer are still functional I will not repair this problem at this time.

check if it is shorted, if so, let it dry first, open where the controls are and let it dry
