How do I get my Sony ccd-trv63 ntsc hi8 xr video onto my laptop?

I recomend you to get a dvd recorder they are about 120.00 or less you conect you camera to dvd recorder and play your video and sound and at the same time record on the dvd recorder, you finalize you dvd copy and them is yours to use in your pc or mac. I do this all the time.
