Our Sony Blu-ray DVD player does not accept a dvd anymore. It's less than a year old. It rejected a dvd tonight and when my husband tried to put another one in, the player wouldn't take it. Can you tell me what's wrong with the player? We already unplug it and tried to reset but it won't work. Thanks!
