Ok..u don't need reset the jumper..i'll try make it simple..disconnect all input mains power sources.."just remove or pick open the cmos battery (+3v) from the main/mother board and resit/fit it again carefully"..hope it'll work..
always better to hv professional supervision, contact ur system admin/vendor....
Right by battery, should read normal and ... reset? just move it when off. power it on then move it to normal while on and reboot.
JUMPER LOOKS LIKE A SMALL FINGURE NAIL AND IT IS CONNECTE TO 2 PRONKS AND 1 PRONK WILL BE OPEN THAT IS 1 AND 2 IS HIDDEN WITH THE JUMPER AND IT IS MOSTLY BLUE PLASTIC JUMPER AND IT SAYS PWD JUMPER. AND YOU NEED TO REMOVE IT FROM 1 & 2 AND PUT IT TO 2 & 3 AND RESTART THE SYS. AND THEN TURNOFF THE SYS. AND PUT IT BACK TO 1 & 2 AND YOUR BIOS PASSWORD IS CLEARED.
