Question about Video Game Consoles
Innovage LLC is the importer for this toy for The Blue Hat Toy Company. I can find no information on Blue Hat Toy Company to see if replacemnet parts are available to fix this toy. Could you be of any assistance?
On my first day flying one of the rotor blades broke. I'm going to try to super glue it, but don't know if it will work. I was hoping to find replacement parts, but looks like I'm out of luck?
Customer service number for MerchSource, the distributor of the Blue Hat product, Thunder Tumbler RC car, is 1-800-374-2744. This is a technical support number, but the operator will take your information and get in touch with the "corporate office", for whatever good it will do. My product was missing the entire battery pack (which has the on-and-off switch) and they wanted me to send in the whole thing with the original receipt. They would have a 6-8 week turnaround and would send me a replacement. I'm returning mine to the store and will try to find a comparable product.

Have/had the same problems as everyone else.. I found that this copter is the same as 9093 Syma RC Helicopter, here is the site where you can get parts!

We bought two "Thunder Tumbler radio control 360 rally cars" from a local store at Christmas time. They never did work. We tried new batteries over and over. Very disappointing. I do not recommend buying any products that are made from this company. I tried to email to the address that was provided by someone on this page, but no luck. Address unknown.

Does anyone have the telephone number? My parents bought a second one after the first broke. Unfortunately, on the first flight the balance bar broke, and we are trying to buy replacement parts as well.
