Question about LG DLE2532W Electric Dryer
I can't dry 2 loads back to back i have to let it cool off first and if i do it blinks HE. Is that for the heating element and if so, where is that located?
I have the same issue and eventually it just stops heating altogether.
I have already had to replace the entire computer board and now after 6 months have the same issue again. This must be some type of sensor defect.
I have the same problem on my DLG2532W, I would dry one set of clothes and then on my second load after it went through the time, the clothes are cold. After the first time I noticed it, had a repair man come out, luckily I purchased the extended warranty with Best Buy, but the repair man took about a week to come and see it since he was from out of town since no one here could repair LG's. He said it was just a circuit breaker that trips when it gets too hot, since that is how the machine is, which is good, but not good when it trips every time you do a load of laundry!!!! The repair man should be what to do, which was the greatest think ever!!! But because it is a pain to take out the screw everytime it trips, I now have my dryer constantly apart so it is easier to push in the circuit. On my machine, you need to unplug the machine, or else you will get a little shock if you don't touch the right spot. You have to pop open the top of the machine, unscrew the top 2 screws of the machine and unscrew the screws around the circle so the front part of the machine comes off so you see the parts. The circuit is located on the bottom right of my machine between 2 wires, if you press it, you hear a click and then try the machine to see if it works now.
Hope that helps, frustrated LG owner like everyone else!!!!
