I own a Canon EOS rebel xti digital camera. More often than not the flash comes on, even in bright light. My pictures turn out dark. I almost always have to add fill light. Also, many times my subjects are fuzzy. No it's not shaking the camera. I am pretty experienced. Loved Canons in the past, but not very happy with this one.

- I am experienced in that I can take a great photo. I'm not too great at camera settings however, I am learning, but not sure exactly how to reset all the settings back to default through the setup menu. Could you give some guidance???Clarification Request

Hi It's not a problem with the XTi series, sounds like an issue with either this camera or the lens. Can you try different lenses?
