if you charged the battery on your camera it should have blinking green.
If your using the KLIC-7001 please clean the 3 metal contacts on your battery using a clean dry cloth, then try to charged again., make sure the charger that you are using is working fine example AC adaptor or the USB cable. now if you still encounter the problem call kodak to setup the camera for repair call toll free 1 800 235 6325., Gudluck!
