My e280 sansa mp3 player is not working.....help...

ok, so I got my mp3 player for christmas and i have only put a few songs on it...... when i go to turn the power on, it comes on, but it will not go to the main menu or let me listen to my music. It stays on the screen that says "SanDisk" and it keeps starting over, but it only stays on that one screen. How can i get it to let me listen to my music and add some more... please help me...Thanks..

Hello this is John from India .Unfortunately I lost my sansa e280r drivers cd for connecting to computer . So please advice me how to get the drivers .

There is a problem with the device firmware itself..you can try to reset the player by holding the power button down for 15-20 seconds or until it resets....the latest firmware for the e280 resolved much of the freezing issues....also there are two modes for you to use the e280 the msc and mtp.....try deleting in mtp mode....if that doenst solve it...just go to the sandisk site to get a firmware upgrade done...and that would solve the proplems..
