Hello there:
what you are going to have to do is to pull the ink cartridges out and clean the area that they sit in with a lint free cloth or two may take several using some rubbinbg alcohol and get all of the ink cleaned up in that area and also clean the cartridges really good and than let dry than reinstall the cartridges and make sure that they are fully inserted in place ok than run several nozzel cleaning operations and than some test pages and see if they get printed ok
