Hold on. Have you plugged in the PS3 with HDMI before?
try plugging in with an AV cable, the one that came with the PS3. You would then locate in the settings to change modes see the video for help.
hi there maybe some problem with ur tvs resolution. ps3 outputs full hd high resolution video(1080p) through its hdmi. may be your tv is not supporting that resolution. connect ps3's component video out to ur tv and then try. if it ask for any resolution selection. select 720p or 1080i, above that resolution ur tv will not support. ur tv is hd ready one, not full hd. ps3 's hdmi out is full hd (1080p). or try this connect ur ps3 to any full hd tv and then goto video setup of ur ps3. change resolution to 1080i (down scaling ). then connect to ur tv via hdmi. surly u will get the video. ok
du brauchst wieder einen fernseher mit HDMI und dort musst du die einstellungen durchforsten nach der anschlussart
HDMI erkennt wenn die playstation auf SCAT gestellt ist und fragt automatisch nach umstellung zu HDMI, SCAT erkennt das nicht und du musst es daher manuell umstellen
use a normal cable to connect to you tv and check the resolution that the hdmi is trying to output. if it wont display with the normal one then you will have to reset the video output system.
1. Turn ON TV
2. Connect PS3 to TV HDMI input
3. select TV HDMI input for PS3
4. turn OFF PS3 if it is ON
5. Press and hold the [I/O]Power button until the PS3 until you get the "HDMI Detected" message.
Also, this TV has a circuit that deactivates the HDMI if the rear cover is removed. It is possible the HDMI may have been turned OFF. This is reset in the service menu of the TV.
