Router did work. At&t DSL modom had a password conflict after fixing that reinstaled router but then can not access internet.

For some reason the insulation program did not put the correct DNS Server numbers in. Once I did that it was a go.

are you able to go online when you connect the computer directly to the modem without the router. ?
Or you have the user name and password for the ISP.
