Problem on printing on a thermal paper (Fax Roll Paper)

Hello!
I wanted to print on a thermal paper (fax roll paper) via Samsung ML-1610 but the my problem is that the background is black. when I use the normal paper, the above problem doesn't occure so I am sure the cartridge have no problem.
would you please help me how can I fix the problem. Does it need special setting in printing?
Thank you.

Laser printer CAN'T print on thermal papers! Lasers printers use a heat source to fix the toner in the paper, and that same heat source turns the thermal paper black. In one word, you CAN'T use that kind of paper unless you disable the heat source, and in that case you won't be able to print on normal paper and the toner won't fix on any kind of paper!!!

Want to know how to load thermal paper on my sharp Fax model FO-71

1 - Grasp the finger hold and pull up to open the operation panel.
2 - Flip up the front paper guide.
3 - If you are loading paper that is 210mm in width, place the paper roll shims on each side of the paper compartment. (Note that Sharp recommended paper, including the initial roll, is 216 mm in width.) • The ribbed side of the shims should face in (toward each other).
4 - Unwrap the roll of thermal paper and insert the paper shaft.
5 - Place the roll of thermal paper in the compartment, making sure the ends of the paper shaft fit into the notches on each side of the compartment.
• Important: The roll must be placed so that the leading edge of the paper unrolls as shown. (The paper is only coated on one side for printing. If the roll is placed backwards, the paper will
come out blank after printing.)
6 - Insert the leading edge of the paper into the slot as shown. Continue to push the paper through the slot until it comes out the opening in the front of the machine.
7 - Make sure the paper comes out straight, and then flip down the paper guide.
8 - Close the operation panel, making sure it clicks into place.
• FO-71: A short length of the paper will be cut off.

Light or not printing on left side, sometimes middle

Anymore it is more expensive to repair a fax machine than it cost to replace it most of the time.
I would say its time to replace it. Parts cost on those are increasing dramatically.

How Can I Reprint a Fax?

Here's a trick that I used on the Canon thermal transfer years ago. First take out the thermal transfer unit and roll up the black transfer sheet to the begining of the lost fax. Then reload the paper. Next get a solid black original equal and make a copy. The result you should get a negative copy of the lost fax. Repeat this step until all the faxes are recovered..
