The screen is showing a ghost or double picture

My model no is kp65ws500 i do not have a remote and need to get one is there a better choice than a regular universal? The problem is the red ghosts the images as though convergence. I have tried the auto button without success thanks mark

Does the picture look 3d? colors out of place and or skewed?


If it does, go into the customer menu with the Sony remote and select convergence----if red or blue are warped and will not move in some direction--you have a common problem---CONVERGENCE.

Confirm model number and tell me if it is 3D like picture.
