I have a craftsman 18.5 inteck, I was mowing the other day , heard a tink by right foot and the motor reved up to max rpms. I shut it down , restarted and same thing, like it wants to fly. Whas up < thank you

sounds like spring broke on the govenor or come off should be on the carburator see if spring is there
